On your mark, get set......................

I have been heard saying - "No, I'm not going to do this!", "No, I don't have time", "why would anyone want to hear about my daily goings-on?" "I asked Sue Spargo in Missouri last week, "How do you possibly keep up with a blog?" and now, here I am. Well, almost! Please check back after I've caught my breath from PMW in Missouri. I'll be sharing that wonderful event with everyone soon.

Happy 4th of July!

Hugs, Lynda

It doesn't take too much time really, it's the wandering around other's blogs that ends up eating time! Welcome!

Thank you so much for the lovely welcome to blog land Rose, Kathie, Dawn, Judy and Stina...
I tried this morning to upload pictures and it doesn't want to put them where I want them....what's up with that? I don't give up easily, so will keep trying until I get it. We are having a 4th of July party here this Saturday and I have a ton of things to do. Why didn't someone clean my house while I was away? hmmmm........I think I need a keeper. Hugs, Lynda (Perhaps if I call Carol (brownquilts4me) she'll help me get this together!

Hi Carrie,
Thank you....I am looking forward to visiting with you and others. I hope I can keep up! Just getting the website updated is a challenge.
But, I'll do my best.

I hope you can get to PMW one day too. You will enjoy it so much! I always let "Santa" know what would make me happy. Sometimes my husband and our children pool their resources together and I get the present I want. Just a thought.....

Hugs, Lynda

Welcome to blogland, Lynda! Blogging is as simple as......sewing a straight line! You can do it.

Hi Cathi, I'm going to think about that for a spell.....I don't sew straight lines either! lol

Ok, so I'm not doing very well yet....the first post had the date, time sent by me and a place people could comment.......that's how it's supposed to be.
Now, the second post I did didn't show any of that and I've had people write to me saying they wanted to leave a comment, but couldn't....any clue as to what I might have done to mess it up? I've checked settings but I am not seeing what I did wrong. Of course, it's me doing this so anything can happen. You know me, what I know about computers would fit in my thimble. Hugs, L

Hi Carol,
It's me again......well, nothing is wrong...I did go back to the PMW post after this one and the only thing wrong is that there is this HUGE space between where I posted and where people can comment. I don't know how to fix that, but everyone will just have to scroll down a mile to get to it. This will get better right?! Hugs, L
